Piercing & Jewelry Policy
All piercing services and jewelry purchases at PIERCED by SPRAY are final. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on piercing services or jewelry, including retail earrings.
Piercings
Once a sterile, single-use piercing cartridge has been opened, the service must be paid for in full, regardless of whether the piercing is completed. PIERCED by SPRAY is not responsible for piercing rejection, infection, allergic reactions, or healing complications. Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the client or parent/legal guardian.
For minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent for all piercing services.
Jewelry
All jewelry sales are final. Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Single-Ear Piercing Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, all piercings require a single-use, sterile cartridge that must be opened at the time of service. Once opened, jewelry is considered used inventory and cannot be reused for piercing services.
If a client proceeds with only one ear after a two-ear piercing has been prepared, the full two-ear piercing price applies. Any unused earring will be sent home with the client and may be worn once healing is complete.
If the client returns at a later date to complete the second ear, the standard single-ear piercing price applies.
