    The FLATBACK! - sits comfortably flush against the ear, making them ideal for sleeping, daily wear, and minimizing irritation behind the ear. But not all flatbacks are created equal. ⸻ Push-Pin Flatbacks vs. Screw-Back Flatbacks—What’s the Difference? ✨ Push-Pin Flatbacks (This Is Our Favorite!) • Feature a smaller gauge post, which is more comfortable and less invasive for the ear. • The top (or decorative end) has a slightly bent post that pushes and locks into the flatback backing. • You’ll often hear a subtle “click” when it’s secure, which adds peace of mind. • Easier to insert and remove, especially when you’re using a mirror or doing it yourself. • Once properly secured, they’re very unlikely to fall out. —————————————- ⚙️ Screw-Back Flatbacks (still great but not our favorite!) • Typically have a thicker post that requires the decorative top to be twisted on. • That larger gauge can feel bulky or uncomfortable, especially for a fresh piercing. • They can loosen over time without you realizing, and the twisting motion makes them tricky to secure tightly—especially one-handed or in a mirror. • Though marketed as “secure,” if not fully tightened, they’re more likely to unscrew and fall out.

These waters can carry bacteria that may lead to irritation or infection and slow down the healing process. • • Clean twice daily with our provided sterile saline solution⬇️ Or try our Advanced Aftercare Solution. $9 - It has anti-inflammatory ingredients with antifungal agents that can help reduce swelling and redness, which is especially helpful for sensitive skin or more complex piercings. It’s a more potent option for ear care compared to basic saline. -> Helpful for promoting optimal and faster healing.
